The project titled 'Game Over' involved creating a news report based on the riots following the newfound 'Fortnite Accords'. This had to consist of three scenes;
Scene 1 - The news studio, Scene 2 - The report live at the scene, Scene 3 - A compressed image of the scene.

Our original idea was to have the program get swiftly interrupted to make the breaking news seem more important. I made a base script stating both what we'd say and what would happen broadly in terms of animation when we'd later go to implement it.

It started off with learning the fundamentals of Adobe After Effects, I learnt how to add colored shapes and how to change their layers relatively quickly due to past experience with Adobe Photoshop. On top of that I learnt that you are able to give effects to objects in order to make the video look more official.

Abi had given us a tour of the recording room so we were all aware of how to use the cameras, lights and sound equipment fully.
When it came to the outside scene, Aiden, Alex and Jess took charge and got it sorted. Sam had taught us how to remove the green screen and replace it with our own image using the keying tool. Lee had taught us how to help merge images together to make a flawless compressed image to use for the final scene, Aiden had took up the challenge of making this.
We then moved onto the news room filming, we filmed everything relatively quickly with no incidents occurring, I was filmed. Aiden and Alex took control of equipment whilst Charlie had assisted with the sound. It was now a matter of composing everything and editing it.
Luis had arranged all the audio and video files correctly meaning there was no odd gap between video playback and sound. I had then finished it up by keying the background and replacing it with a news room image. I had also added colour bars to fit with the idea we was going with and a news broadcast introduction. Me and Alex decided to add real Fortnite gamers raging whilst I explain that games can cause problems later in life for ironic purposes.

I converted it into a mp4 file and submitted it to WebLearn meaning it was complete.
